Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JustTheFood ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. User-Generated Content

You may submit ratings, reviews, photos, comments, and other content ("User Content") through the App. By submitting User Content, you grant JustTheFood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the App.

You retain ownership of your User Content and may delete it at any time. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

4. Content Standards

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence against any individual or group
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information intended to deceive
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malicious links or code

5. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through the App's reporting mechanism. We are committed to reviewing all reports within 24 hours and taking appropriate action, which may include:

• Removing the objectionable content
• Issuing a warning to the offending user
• Temporarily or permanently suspending the offending user's account

Users who violate these content standards will have their content removed and may be permanently banned from the App.

6. Blocking Users

You can block other users at any time. Blocking a user will:

• Remove their content from your feed and views
• Prevent them from interacting with your content
• You can manage your blocked users list from Settings at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. JustTheFood branding, logos, and design elements may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information, ratings, or reviews submitted by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

JustTheFood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
